Restoring and respecting the old, while integrating the new is the logic behind 1444 Lake Drive. During the process of renovation, this concept arose out of a desire to respect the history of the building. The aim was to maintain the integrity of the historical Eastown location, while ushering in the philosophy of respecting our resources.
